A pair of boa constrictor ribs have been re-assigned a new identity as sterling silver hoop earrings. The molding of the real rib captured every small detail of the natural shape, and texture of the bones.

Despite the length, these earrings are surprisingly light weight, and have sterling posts. The curve of the rib follows the curve of the face, creating a dynamic look of the ribs against the jaw bone/neck.
