This jewel was originally created as part of the 'Tombs of Memory' Collection, and joined the 'FAMILIAR' Collection in June of 2026.

This small tomb is a throw-back to much earlier designs made in The Crystal Tomb series.

These designs were amongst some of the earliest I released, the first ones were born as mourning jewelry when a personal loss shredded my heart & set me adrift on the sea of grief. The tomb cut gemstones represent the ancient shape of the pyramid where the Egyptians would bury their sacred dead. This structure would protect their earthly remains while providing a place for their spirits to ascend. It would also act as a to repository for all of the grave goods that they would need in the afterlife, incredible treasures which have survived the waves of time.

Here, these jewels features your own tomb held by the Cat, a traditional Psychopomp or guide of souls to the Afterlife in folklore and myth, further connecting these talismanic jewels to grief and mourning rituals if you're so inclined wear as such.

Onyx:

Onyx is best known for being a natural stone that acts as a kind of 'psychic armor' against the negativity of others. It is also used to soothe grief and heartbreak. It is a wonderful grounding stone and a stone of self mastery, enabling its wearers to have mental and spiritual focus.

This jewel is hand cut and therefore may have small signs of the carver's hands along the edges. It has not been fabricated by a machine rather it hand cut and therefore might not be uniformly perfect. The photographs accurately portray the quality of the stone and the cut.
