This listing is for one Our Lady of Fire pendant with your choice of either our signature bar link chain or our new 'Rosary' style chain which features oval "beads" linked together. Both pendant and chain are sterling silver, hand oxidized to achieve our favorite shade of stormy gray and then carefully burnished to reveal the bright luminous silver beneath.

Cast from an antique pendant of Joan of Arc chained to the pyre with flames clearly shown behind her, suggesting she has been set aflame. I have never come across a pendant commemorating Joan at the moment of martyrdom and while certainly macabre, it also feels powerful to me, as even facing death, she refused to denounce who she was and what she believed in.
