Here, the Alder Branch has been manipulated into small segments, and reconnected with jump rings in between each section, allowing movement when worn. Each Branch Earring is finished with Gray Moonstone "tear" held in a pronged sterling silver setting. 

*Details* :

- Each earring has two small and one large Alder Branch

- Each earring is set with one 6 x 8 mm gray moonstone pear shaped cabochon

- Each earring measures 4 inches from top of hook to bottom of tear

- Branches, earring hooks, and prong settings are all solid Sterling Silver  

-  Hand oxidized to achieve our favorite shade of stormy gray and then highlighted to reveal the bright luminous silver beneath

Gray Moonstone:

Gray moonstone shares many of the same metaphysical properties as the rest of the moonstone family. These jewels are hand cut and therefore may have small signs of the carver's hands. As they have not been fabricated by a machine, and have been made by hand they are therefore not uniformly perfect. The photographs accurately portray the quality of the stones.
